Job Responsibilities:
As a Registered Dietitian, you will:
  • Conduct nutrition assessments for patients within specified timeframes.
  • Gather timely and relevant data, analyzing and interpreting it according to evidence-based standards.
  • Provide thorough documentation summarizing the nutrition care plan in the patient's medical record, including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and goals.
  • Monitor patient progress towards established goals after implementation of the care plan.

Qualifications:
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • CDR Card
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • BLS Certification
