CSL Plasma is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to oversee the medical operations of our centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of donors, as well as providing medical oversight to our Medical Staff Associates.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medical oversight to Medical Staff Associates, including training and evaluation
- Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and State regulations, including CLIA and cGMPs
- Review and approve medical incident reports and donor suitability
- Conduct confidential and effective interviews with donors
- Oversee maintenance of medical supplies and emergency equipment
- Monitor donor clinical response to immunizations and oversee hyper-immune programs
- Determine donor suitability following adverse reactions
- Perform additional services as requested by the company
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
- Current and active medical license in the state where the center is located
- One year of residency training as an MD or OD
- Options for health care benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
