Key Responsibilities- Develop complete RF specifications governing silicon and module-level designs, working closely with partner teams.
- Design innovative RF architectures to achieve best-in-class performance, power, and area.
- Introduce RF system features with digitally enhanced innovations.
- Produce RF line-up specifications in collaboration with the RFIC design team.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure for system-level simulation and system verification.
- Validate silicon and drive revisions to ensure compliance with RF system specifications.
- Industry experience in RF system specifications, developments, and validations.
- RF system engineering expertise, including familiarity with RF transceiver architectures and line-up analysis.
- Working knowledge of RFIC architecture, design concepts, and techniques.
- Deep understanding of key RF performance metrics and tradeoffs.
- Familiarity with wireless/cellular standards, such as IEEE 802.11, 802.15, Bluetooth, or 3GPP.
- Hands-on experience with RFIC system validation methods and test equipment.
- Strong working knowledge of MATLAB, SimuLink, SystemVue, or ADS.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams: RFIC Design, RF SiVal, PHY, System, and System Validation.
- Familiarity with Python coding.
- Good communication skills – both written and oral.
BS and 10+ years of relevant industry experience. MSEE and/or PhD preferred.
