Job Overview

Integrated Intel Solutions is seeking a skilled Contracts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our acquisition team, you will play a critical role in supporting contract administration, negotiation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract formation, drafting, and negotiation, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Monitor performance and identify potential issues that may impact contract compliance.
  • Review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontractor documents.
  • Prepare Contract Briefs summarizing contractual requirements and maintain an audit file for each contract.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Contracts Management and/or Procurement Management.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Government procurement regulations, including the FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific regulations.
  • Experience with contract types, such as fixed-price, time and material, cost reimbursable, and General Service Administration (GSA) schedules.
  • Ability to negotiate complex agreements and communicate effectively with all parties.
  • Excellent attention to detail and advanced organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a collaborative, professional team player with a positive attitude.
  • Self-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines without supervision.
  • Strong working knowledge of the MSOffice Suite (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • US Citizenship Required.
