Lead a Team of Healthcare Professionals

As a Resident Care Director at The Rubin Home Assisted Living, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to our residents. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will work closely with our executive director and team to manage daily living activities, staff and resident wellness, and overall healthcare operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the training and performance of licensed and non-licensed nursing staff
  • Oversee resident care and wellness programs
  • Provide tours of the facility and answer admission calls
  • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare vendors
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care plan meetings and ensure effective case management and follow-up practices
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with staff, residents, and their families
Requirements
  • Associates degree or higher in human service management, housing management, social work, or nursing
  • Experience in community health, human services, or assisted living preferred
  • RN or LPN nursing practice background
  • Strong understanding of assisted living, Medicaid, Medicare, and SWH programs
