Nutrition Therapy Specialist

Job Description:
- Develop and maintain high-quality Medical Nutrition Therapy programs that align with hospital policy and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the nutrition program regularly and suggest improvements as needed.
- Prioritize tasks to monitor patients at nutritional risk and provide personalized Medical Nutrition Therapy.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and relatives to understand food habits and preferences.
- Document nutrition care plans and maintain productivity logs.
- Instruct patients and relatives on prescribed diets and document understanding.
- Maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals and conduct educational programs.
- Stay updated with continuing education activities and professional development.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interpret and apply nutrition-related information to patient care.
