Dietitian Consultant

We are seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to join our consulting team at skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health. As a Dietitian Consultant, you will have the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors and work with a company that values and respects you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
• Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems
• Participation in the care planning process
• Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team
• Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food

Qualifications:

• Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials
• Licensed (if required by State)
• 2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors
