We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse's Assistant to join our team at Petersen Health Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Job SummaryThe Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) provides personal care and assistance to residents, ensuring their safety and comfort. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care and Assistance: Provides basic care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
- Clinical Support: Assists nurses with medical procedures, takes vital signs, and administers medications as directed.
- Communication: Communicates effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Safety and Security: Ensures resident safety and security by responding to call lights, reporting concerns, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Certification: Current certification as a Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) or completion of a competency training program within 120 days of employment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $18.50-$22.00 per hour based on experience.
