As a Behavior Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism reach their full potential. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the life of a child and their family.
In this position, you will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, making it an exciting challenge for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings. We offer comprehensive training to ensure that you are equipped and empowered to help each child, even if you don't currently have experience.
A key part of your job as a Behavior Specialist will be to provide support to families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their child's care. You will be working closely with other professionals, including therapists, teachers, and medical professionals, to develop and implement effective treatment plans. This role offers opportunities for growth and professional development, and we are committed to supporting our employees every step of the way.
