Job Summary:

As a Housekeeper at LifePoint Health, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for patients and staff. This includes performing routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport trash and hazardous waste from dirty utility rooms to appropriate disposal areas.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including disinfecting surfaces and equipment.
  • Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
