Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visually appealing store displays that align with our Client's brand and aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Team Lead to create and execute merchandising plans that drive sales and meet business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and staff to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Document store visits and display execution through Winston's custom web-based reporting platform.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, with a focus on vertical, wholesale, or branded apparel.
  • Background in merchandise coordination, preferably in apparel, accessories, or footwear.
  • Management experience in department stores, vertical retailers, or specialty stores.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with store management and staff.

Key Skills:

  • Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to work autonomously or within a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and digital photography.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.
  • Smartphone required for reporting purposes, with Android OS 8.0 or higher/Apple iOS 8.0 or higher.
