Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Developmental Therapist to join our team. As a Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards. You will implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles. You will also build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA Therapy Sessions: Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards.
  • Implement Intervention Plans: Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
  • Family Communication: Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework.
  • Professional Development: Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification.
Qualifications
  • Education: Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Certification: Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training).
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
