Salary: $63,731.00 - $82,000.00 per annum.

HireNow Staffing Inc is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join their team at a highly respected healthcare facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide high-quality postoperative care to patients in a fast-paced recovery unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive postoperative care to patients following surgical procedures.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition to ensure a safe and smooth recovery process.
  • Administer medications and pain management treatments as prescribed by physicians and surgeons.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about postoperative care and recovery plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid RN license in the state of New Mexico or ability to obtain.
  • A BSN degree preferred, though ASN with relevant experience considered.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on recovery or postoperative care preferred.
  • BLS, ACLS certifications required.
