Job Summary

The Transformation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and implementing IT solutions that digitize and automate business processes, bringing enhanced transparency and visibility to extended supply chains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development using Java, Python, and web application development frameworks, as well as experience with modern databases, cloud-based development and operations, and Agile project management software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT solutions to enhance supply chain transparency and visibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business process improvements
  • Design and develop data visualizations to support business decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform solution development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT, or business
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development using Java, Python, and web application development frameworks
  • Experience with modern databases, cloud-based development and operations, and Agile project management software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in computer science, IT, or business
  • Proven track record of success in transformation and change management initiatives
  • Experience with design thinking tools and methodologies
  • Fluency in multiple programming languages, including JavaScript and Python
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
