Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our cashwrap area, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of cashiers to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cashiers to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the cashwrap area, including processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting and engaging customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
  • Train and develop cashiers to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain cashwrap standards, including cleanliness, organization, and aesthetics
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, and to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
