Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting evaluations and treatments, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients, including exercises, modalities, and education.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in our electronic medical record system.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
  • Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting, preferably in orthopedics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
