We are seeking an experienced Electric Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team at EDAG, Inc.

Your Role:

You will support the project manager in the Electric/Electronic integration and buildability of a vehicle project.

  • Organize project status and task force meetings, write protocols, and update task lists.
  • Distribute protocols as required, prepare meeting presentations, and send reminders for upcoming due dates.
  • Track updates, prepare project status reports, and highlight changes and upcoming due dates.
  • Distribute project reports to team members after approval.
  • Provide and update change and build overviews for the project.
  • Analyze new part/software introduction dates for feasibility in the project.
  • Prepare project status reports and meetings for upper management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Electric/Electronic engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in organizing and leading project teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related job field.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • The ability to summarize complex topics into easy-to-understand messages.
  • 5+ years of job-related experience with an automotive background preferred.
  • Good understanding of change management and its implications preferred.
  • Able to read and speak German or Spanish preferred.
  • Experience in Automotive Project Management preferred.
  • Knowledge of Automotive Electric/Electronics preferred.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
