Job Title: Lube Technician

At Synergy Equipment, we are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment at our branch yard and on job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance on equipment at the branch yard and various job sites.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine the most effective solutions.
  • Provide high-quality service and support during routine maintenance operations.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a construction equipment lube technician or similar role is preferred.
  • Must have own tools.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in basic computer tasks, including work order management, parts lookup, and email communication.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in both shop and field environments.
  • Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service.
