Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Quality Trainer to join our team. As a Senior Quality Trainer, you will be responsible for driving the development of healthcare administration products used by millions of patients. You will use your network testing and network management skills to evaluate, update, and deploy training, as well as create and ensure that materials are up to date.

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Senior Quality Trainer, you will support our Contact Center. This position will focus on the Call Center training and development. You will work closely with the department leaders and the Quality team to create and deliver high-impact training programs.

  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff and clients.
  • Work with a team to create a comprehensive annual Training Plan.
  • Monitor and measure the quality and accuracy of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) results.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation for projects and tasks.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with excellent public presentation skills, speaking skills, quality and training experience, as well as the ability to effectively communicate in small groups. You should have 4 years of related experience in Health/Dental insurance, Medi-Cal/Medicare, Providers/Members, IT, Tech Support, operations, or administration. You should also have strong technical writing skills, including excellent spelling, proofreading, and editing skills, and strong organization skills.

What You Should Expect in This Role

You should expect to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional onsite work required. You should also be comfortable using video cameras during all interviews. The pay range for this position is $67,400- $96,300 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
