About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our team at Memorial Satilla Health. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures using computed tomography equipment. Your knowledge and skills will directly impact patient care, ensuring that patients receive accurate and timely diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images
- Verify patient information and prepare the room for procedures
- Perform CT exams on various body parts in a timely manner
- Complete necessary paperwork and technologist exam sheets
- Start IVs and check labs as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program
- RT and CT certification from ARRT required
- State License may be required (South Carolina: SCRQSA), (Florida must be licensed as a Radiology Technologist.), (GA ARRT required)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology and CT Technologist is highly preferred
