Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently on the first attempt.
2. Perform a wide range of maintenance services.
3. Inspect vehicles and provide recommendations for maintenance or repair needs.
4. Comply with manufacturer regulations.
5. Conduct road tests to confirm issues and repairs.
6. Utilize advanced shop equipment.
7. Uphold high ethical standards in all work.
8. Maintain necessary certifications and training as per industry standards.

Position Details:
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend shifts.
Full-time position with a guaranteed 40-hour work week.
Compensation:
Hourly wage ranging from $21 to $46, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonuses.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferably with vocational or technical training.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to maintain high productivity while ensuring quality work.
- Must have the necessary tools to perform job duties.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturer specifications.
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of General Motors experience and ASE certifications.
