Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity with Boston Area Health Center

We are seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our team at a Boston area community health center. Our comprehensive practice provides medical, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, optical, and vision services to diverse underserved local communities. We serve over 13,500 patients annually, with 90% being low-income and 70% requiring services in a language other than English.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a dedicated team of Primary Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants to provide quality care and patient-centered care coordination.
- Work with patients and staff from diverse racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, requiring cultural competence.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus, but not required.
- Carry a patient panel of a minimum of 1,200 patients.
- Participate in a call schedule, averaging 1-2 times per quarter.
- Utilize EPIC EMR.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of employees within the organization.
