As a Geek Squad Agent at Best Buy, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support, knowledge, and solutions. We will provide the training and resources you need to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process
  • Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps
  • Help set up and repair technology devices for customers
  • Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
  • Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents
Requirements
  • Experience using and learning about consumer electronics
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
