Ryder is seeking an experienced CDL A truck driver to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a solo driver, you will be responsible for delivering freight to various locations while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload freight as required by customers
  • Maintain accurate records and logs
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
  • Class A CDL with endorsements for Hazmat, Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and TWIC
  • 9 months of experience within the past 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly pay rate of $27.00 per hour
  • Overtime pay after 40 hours
  • Per diem pay of $50 per night
  • Personal mileage reimbursement and travel time paid
  • NST Tenure Bonus: $1000 per year for 1 year of service
  • Paid training
  • 5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off
