About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Burlington Stores, Inc. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying applications that support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test applications using Java, Android, and Oracle PL/SQL
  • Lead initiatives of diverse sizes and complexity, managing risk and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate with business partners, internal and external IT teams to contribute towards project plans, create test strategies, scripts, and deployment plans
  • Manage defect tracking and status reporting
  • Support and improve the software development life cycle (SDLC) for requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Android, Java, and Oracle PL/SQL
  • Experience working with application servers (Weblogic, JBoss, IBM)
  • Previous Retail Experience (highly preferred)
