Position Overview:
The Identity Operations Analyst plays a critical role in a dynamic environment, delivering essential support for client missions focused on identity operations, intelligence gathering, and investigative assessments. This position involves collaborating with a Navy agency to provide analytical insights to global field offices and headquarters personnel, contributing to force protection, counter-threat initiatives, and law enforcement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis utilizing intelligence community resources, historical data, and equivalent databases to support Navy agency missions.
- Deliver actionable recommendations to government personnel based on comprehensive research and analytical findings.
- Employ advanced analytical tools and methodologies to investigate international criminal activities, enhance force protection measures, and address national security threats.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in identity intelligence or all-source analysis.
- Proven expertise in identity operations, operational support, and development processes.
- Experience in responding to information requests and utilizing automated systems for data retrieval.
- Familiarity with biometric-enabled intelligence systems.
- Knowledge of Human Intelligence (HUMINT) tools.
- Strong ability to work autonomously while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Willingness to support shift work as the role is part of a 24/7 operational framework.
- Possession of a TS/SCI security clearance.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the European Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Familiarity with biometric systems.
- Background with Department of Defense investigative organizations.
- Knowledge of law enforcement tools such as NCIC, LInX, and D-DEx.
- Professional Biometric Certification is a plus.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

The compensation for this position is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this role is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually, reflecting the typical salary range and a component of Booz Allen's total compensation package.
Work Environment:
