We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in a dynamic role that requires strong leadership abilities and a dedication to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients through daily communication.
- Direct all daily logistics to field personnel, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Utilize industry-leading compliance systems, including ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, DISA, and DOT, to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations in oil and gas and/or petrochemical industry.
- Proven track record of success in a Operations Management setting, with strong leadership abilities.
- Experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, DISA, and DOT compliance systems is mandatory.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Bilingual is a definite plus.
