Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and assessments in the ambulatory healthcare setting
- Develop and implement patient management plans, including ordering laboratory and diagnostic studies, medications, and treatments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient care needs are met
- Participate in patient care rounds and conferences, communicating patient management strategies to team members
- Recognize situations requiring immediate attention and initiate life-saving procedures when necessary
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty
- Current State Medical License or ability to obtain
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty (Board Eligibility required)
- Current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross
