Role Summary

The Plant IT Business Partner plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between local manufacturing operations and our global Technology & Global Services (TGS) team. This position is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with the Plant Leadership Team and ensuring the successful implementation of IT strategies tailored to the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the Plant IT Business Partner, you will:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Plant Leadership Team regarding TGS initiatives.
2. Facilitate collaboration and communication between local operations and enterprise technology teams.
3. Oversee local IT project management and vendor support to enhance operational efficiency.
4. Assess and address infrastructure needs, including equipment refresh and upgrades.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

- High School Diploma with a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, networking, or manufacturing systems.
- Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred:

- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards.

Work Environment

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring on-site presence for part of the week while allowing flexibility for remote work.
