Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled culinary team leader to join our education division. In this role, you will oversee and guide the activities of kitchen staff to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with established culinary standards in a vibrant and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and mentoring kitchen staff in all facets of food preparation and hygiene, ensuring timely meal service and maintaining high standards for portion sizes, presentation, and temperature of all dishes.
Compensation

$15 / hr

Qualifications:

Essential:
  • A minimum of one year of culinary experience in a reputable and high-volume kitchen with a focus on scratch cooking.
  • Thorough understanding of culinary techniques, methods, and standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The ideal candidate should possess extensive product knowledge, deliver excellent customer service, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in a supervisory role is required.
Preferred:
  • Food Handlers certification is a plus.
