About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team at Toyota Manufacturing. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality processes to ensure compliance with design and process control specifications.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to strengthen quality systems and improve product quality.
  • Analyze and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of countermeasures.
  • Ensure quality management system requirements are met and maintained.
  • Partner with other groups to promote a strong kaizen culture and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent technical degree.
  • Manufacturing quality support experience, including assembly, machining, paint, body weld, or stamping.
  • Experience creating and implementing quality processes in a manufacturing environment.
  • AutoCAD experience, including the ability to read, interpret, and modify 2D drawings.
  • Flexible availability to support business needs, including weekends, off shifts, and holidays.
