Position Overview
We are seeking a Liquid Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is crucial in the creation of liquid formulations, adhering to established protocols for safety and quality throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage various formulation equipment.
- Set up and oversee multiple semi-automatic and automatic filling lines, including:
- Loading raw materials and operating diverse machinery.
- Conducting product cleanings and changing equipment sizes.
- Recording downtime and troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Maintain effective communication and provide feedback on production processes.
- Utilize forklifts for material handling and perform manual additions to formulation vessels.
- Adapt to rotating shifts and overtime as required by operational demands.
- Uphold safety, environmental, and cleanliness standards.
- Interpret planning documents and execute quality checks.
- Engage with information systems related to formulation and production technology.
- Conduct basic maintenance on filling lines and associated equipment.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in chemical formulation or manufacturing.
- Experience in production, packaging, or quality control is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective time management skills to meet production deadlines.
- Awareness of safety and quality standards.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
- Technical knowledge related to production processes.
