HX5 is currently seeking an experienced Aerospace Test and Validation Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio.

The selected candidate will support the Power and Propulsion Element (PPE) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) efforts in support of NASA's Gateway. The Gateway is being developed to facilitate human presence beyond low-Earth orbit, and the PPE provides a critical path to that success.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining insight into the PPE spacecraft AIT of NASA's industry partner
  • Providing assessments to NASA teams responsible for oversight of the IP
  • Supporting IP production meetings and assisting in issue resolution
  • Facilitating resolutions of work issues and non-conformances between NASA and the IP

This position requires excellent communication skills for interacting with the NASA team and their industry partners. The ideal candidate will have experience with systems engineering for spacecraft hardware, knowledge or experience with AIT and TLYF, and knowledge or experience with NASA systems engineering processes.
