Arboricultural Technician

We are seeking a skilled Arboricultural Technician to join our team at Cleveland Tree And Stump LLC. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience working in the tree-care industry and be physically able to perform tasks such as lifting heavy weights (50+ lbs) and operating machinery safely.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Chainsaw Safely- must know how to operate a chainsaw and follow basic safety protocols around heavy machinery.
• Maintenance and Repair- perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment, including oil changes and basic troubleshooting.
• Crew Support- assist fellow crew members in a safe manner and comply with OSHA work/safety regulations.
• Timely Attendance- arrive on time for daily shop attendance and meetings.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience- 1 year of experience in the tree-care industry required.
• Physical Abilities- must be able to lift heavy weights (50+ lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety Protocols- must follow basic safety protocols when operating machinery and handling tools.
• Transportation- must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
