We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate new graduate nurses to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. Our New Grad RN Residency Program is designed to provide a comprehensive and supportive environment for new nurses to develop their skills and advance their careers.
As a new graduate nurse in our program, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including emergency departments, critical care units, and medical-surgical units. You will be paired with experienced preceptors who will guide and support you throughout your residency.
