Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Sunda Fulton Market. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive experience at Sunda Fulton Market.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, shelves, and equipment.
  • Check IDs to ensure that alcoholic beverages are served only to guests over 21 years of age.
  • Monitor the amount of alcohol served to guests to prevent over-intoxication.
  • Ring in all takeout orders from call-in, walk-ins, and all to-go platforms.
  • Provide guests at the bar with the correct and appropriate silverware for their food items.
  • Accurately account for every drink poured and maintain a spill tab for mistakes.
Requirements
  • Mixology experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred.
  • Must complete Food Handlers and BASSET Certificate.
