Inventory Control Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Responsibilities:
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and coordinate with inventory and procurement team around low stock items, seasonal swings, product returns, and customer promotions.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to maximize productivity, improve efficiency and accuracy and reduce cost.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
Analyze data to inform business decisions and identify trends and patterns.
Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and measure success.
Requirements:
2-4 years experience in inventory control, logistics, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
