Position Overview
We are currently looking for Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrists to join our national team in a fully remote capacity as we expand our services across the United States.

Patient Care Flexibility
Select your patient population based on your preferences. Our robust intake process can be adjusted in real-time, allowing you to manage the acuity and diagnoses of the patients you treat. You determine the appropriate time allocation for your patients, with a minimum of 60 minutes for initial consultations and 30 minutes for follow-ups.

In-House Referral Network
Utilize our strong referral network to connect patients with specialists and therapists who exclusively support the patients you are treating, ensuring seamless sharing of clinical information through our EMR.

Compensation
Our full-time psychiatrists can expect an annual compensation of approximately $300K to $350K+, which includes a base salary and a monthly productivity incentive guaranteed during the onboarding ramp-up period.

Your Qualifications
• Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry, with subspecialties encouraged to apply
• Active and unrestricted medical license, with assistance available for obtaining licensure
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Openness to learning new EMR tools
• A proactive approach and strong work ethic
