Position Title: HSPRS Case Manager / Social Worker

Compensation: $60,000 - $64,000
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant case management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a pertinent behavioral or social sciences discipline.
- Experience in conducting home assessments in compliance with state regulations.
- Proficient writing skills, especially for creating assessment reports.
- Experience engaging with immigrant communities.
- Able to manage a caseload of approximately 40 youth for home assessments and support services.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively for youth home visits.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- COVID-19 Vaccination required.
Compensation: $64,000
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR).
Job Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Case Manager to provide essential home assessments and post-release services for unaccompanied children (UC). The Case Manager will evaluate the safety and appropriateness of potential sponsors' homes prior to reunification with the child. This role involves ongoing support to ensure both the child and sponsor are thriving and integrated within their community.
The Case Manager will serve as an advocate for the child, assisting them in navigating the complexities of the system and connecting them with vital resources, including:
- Medical care

- Mental health services
- Additional support for overall well-being
