Job Opportunity at Seaworld

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Park Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of quality in our park facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of park areas, including restrooms and storage closets.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary supplies and report any concerns or repair needs to leadership.
  • Interact with guests, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, and assist with park emergencies, including inclement weather.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to train on and properly use protective gear.
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Scheduling flexibility is required.
