Nurse Care Coordinator Opportunity in Emergency Department

At StoneSprings Hospital Center, we are seeking a talented Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team in the Emergency Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse who wants to take their career to the next level and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
About the RoleWe are looking for a compassionate and skilled nurse who can provide high-quality patient care and coordinate all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care. You will also participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
