Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team as a traveling nurse. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Patient Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Monitor and Document Patient Progress: Continuously monitor patients' conditions and document their progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that all needs are met.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong clinical skills.
  • Education: Current RN licensure and certification in Labor and Delivery.
