Job Description:

Fidelity Investments is seeking highly motivated and independent problem solvers to join our Equity Research Analyst Internship program. As a member of our team, you will work closely with portfolio managers to contribute to the investment performance of the firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze a group of stocks within a specific industry, interviewing company management, communicating with external research sources, and assessing customers and suppliers.
  • Compile detailed financial models and projections, applying economic and industry analysis to produce an investment recommendation.
  • Have full responsibility for coverage of the assigned companies, with stock recommendations solely attributed to you.
  • Present a written Industry Review to members of the department, demonstrating your expertise in the assigned industry.
Qualifications:
  • Class of 2026 MBA candidates.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Success during academic career and in other pursuits.
  • Sound business judgment and a strong interest in financial markets.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and time constraints in a risk-taking environment.

As part of the program, you will be matched with a member of the research department who will mentor and coach you throughout your assignment. You will also have the opportunity to network and seek diverse perspectives to deepen your knowledge of the industry and Fidelity as a whole.

Location:

Boston, Hong Kong, London, or Tokyo. All intern positions are based in Boston for the summer, regardless of geographic assignment.
