Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A PharmD (or equivalent) degree
  • A current NY Pharmacist License
  • Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, with a focus on compounding sterile IV preparations
  • Strong computer and pharmacy system skills
