Role OverviewThe successful candidate will serve as a fully integrated member of the Pharmacy Department, providing advanced clinical pharmacy services to patients and healthcare teams. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert clinical pharmacy services to patients and healthcare teams
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Developing and implementing pharmacy policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A PharmD (or equivalent) degree
- A current NY Pharmacist License
- Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, with a focus on compounding sterile IV preparations
- Strong computer and pharmacy system skills
