Therapy Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in the Franklin area.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, providing essential support to the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and contributing to students' communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in providing direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of the SLP
- Monitor and document student progress
- Prepare therapy materials and activities
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
