We operate under Connecticut Statute 10-66, a-m, with a governing Board of Directors comprised of members from local Boards of Education. This structure enables us to foster collaborative relationships with our partner districts, supporting their growth and development.

**About the Role**

We are seeking an Educational Program Assistant to join our team in western Connecticut. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality educational programs and services, working closely with district administrators, educators, and community partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting program implementation and evaluation
  • Providing technical assistance and training to districts
  • Fostering partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in education or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in education or a related field
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
