Job Title: Plant Manager

CTDI is a leading provider of engineering, repair, and logistics services to the telecommunications industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
  • Ensure production output, product quality, and on-time shipping are met.
  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets for optimal results.
  • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
  • Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage, and develop plant staff.
  • Commit to and promote plant safety procedures.
  • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
  • Influence and learn from below.
  • Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.

Required Experience:
  • B.S. Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 8+ years of proven Operations management experience required.
  • 5+ years working in a high volume distribution, manufacturing or production, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Access and Project), report preparation, and data analysis
