We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our New Graduate Program at Temple University Health System. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans under the direction of licensed physicians
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide individualized care
- Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care
- Participate in evidence-based practice projects and professional development opportunities
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to obtain BSN within 4 years from date of hire
- Less than 6 months RN experience required to apply
- Confirmation of successful completion of the NCLEX exam
- General experience in a hospital setting (preferred)
- FT (36 hrs/week) with every other weekend requirement
- Day and night shift opportunities available
