Key Responsibilities- Support Manufacturing Facilities: Provide remote support to worldwide manufacturing facilities, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing downtime.
- Troubleshoot and Repair Electrical Control Systems: Identify and resolve issues with electrical control systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Implement New Software Changes and Upgrades: Collaborate with the Controls Engineering Department to implement new software changes and upgrades, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain and Update Electrical Drawings: Ensure accurate and up-to-date electrical drawings, tracking equipment changes and documenting modifications.
- Interface with Multiple Departments: Collaborate with various departments, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of tasks.
- Education and Experience: Minimum 2 years of manufacturing equipment electrical/electronic/controls experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of electrical control systems, programming languages, and software applications; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to 12 hours per day; climb stairs frequently; lift up to 58 pounds occasionally, and 37 pounds frequently.
- Visual Requirements: 20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction, and ability to distinguish between red, yellow, and green.
- Competitive Salary Range: $24.95-$35.58 hourly.
