IR Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled IR Technologist to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. As a key member of our Interventional Radiology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with radiologists and staff physicians to ensure high-quality patient care
• Ensure compliance with HFHS Vendor Compliance policy and procedure
• Assist with training new staff and students, and validate their training
• Perform clerical duties, including answering phones, scheduling patients, and maintaining records
• Support Film Center functions, such as re-filming and requesting folders
• Participate in meetings, educational programs, and other activities as necessary

• High school diploma or GED required
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) with advanced registry in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography (CI), Vascular-Interventional Radiography (VI), or Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography (CV)
• Healthcare Provider Certification (BCLS) required
• Minimum of 3 years of IR Technologist experience required
• Maintain required hours of continued medical education
